When it rains heavily, some areas that have poor drainage systems tend to get flooded and this sometimes results in the loss of lives and properties. Such unfortunate occurrences that come by way of nature is what is known as natural disasters. Rain is not caused by humans but by nature so when it rains heavily, flooding can occur.
