Drones

In the last few years Commercial use for Drones has increased, with so many people owning and operating Drones as a hobby. Now, I’m sure you might have seen one flying just above your head.

A Drone in simple terms is a flying robot. When speaking more technically we define a Drone as an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).

What makes Drones so useful is that they are able to stream videos or take pictures from the locations they are hovering or flying over.

Drones are either operated by remote control or they fly autonomously through software programmed flight plans using GPS guiding systems.

Drones come in different sizes, with larger drones being commonly used by military and much smaller ones used for recreational purposes.
