Adverbs

Adverbs describe verbs. They tell us more about how, how often, how much, when or where the action of a verb happened. They can also be used to modify verbs, adverbs and adjectives.

Adverbs are usually formed by adding the letters –ly to adjectives. Here are a few examples.

Always, After, Away, Everyday, Before, Everywhere, Never, Here, Now ,Home, Often, Soon, Seldom, Today, Outside, Sometimes, Yesterday, There.
