Accepting Decisions

After decision making, the following must be considered in order to help our decisions to be accepted.

  1. Be honest: This tells us how truthful we must be thus avoid lies and cheating

  2. Be fair and credible: Taking sides when deciding among two people or group of people can run down a decision. It is therefore vital to be as fair as possible

  3. Show respect for one another: Do unto others what you expect others to do unto you. Being polite to youngsters, elderly and everyone helps decision making be more effective

  4. Hard work: This value is highly recognized. You will never know who is watching. Whatever you are doing do it well with all your energy

NB: When facing a tough challenge and unsure of the decision to take, talk to someone whose opinion you respect, such as parents, a friend, elder, aunty, pastor etc
