Freezing
This is the process whereby a liquid substance changes to solid as a result of heat loss.
When water is put into a refrigerator, it loses heat.
This heat loss allows little ice crystals to form in the water.
As the temperature in the refrigerator reduces to 0oC, the liquid water changes into ice.
