Rain gauge

This is used to measure the amount of rainfall. It measures rainfall in millimeters or inches. The measurement is done within 24 hours. This consists of a funnel, and a measuring cylinder. The rain enters the equipment and the measuring cylinder inside is calibrated in millimeters or inches in order to know the total depth of the water.

Wind Vane

This is used to measure the direction of wind it is a a compass and arrow attached on a vane points to the direction of the wind
