Education

It is the act or process of imparting or acquiring general knowledge, developing the powers of reasoning and judgment and generally preparing oneself or others intellectually for mature life.

Education is also a process of learning geared towards assisting the individual to acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes that will help him/her to improve his/her life.

Training

It is a form of education except that training is more specific and geared toward acquisition of expertise in a particular vocation or profession.
