Present Perfect
We use this tense when referring to actions that
1Happened in the past but are still important in the present,
2Started in the past but are still occurring regularly in the present
Or
3Happened a number of times in the past.
To form this tense, we use the auxiliary verb has or have together with the past participle form of the main verb. Let us look at some examples below
Example;
Jacob 1has eaten his lunch.
Example;
We 2have attended this school since 2002.
Example;
She 3has broken her arm a number of times on that swing.
