There are various types of food nutrients.
They are:

iii. Fat and Oil
iv. Vitamins
v. Mineral salts
Water and roughage are not nutrients but they are needed for our bodies. Roughage is the part of food that cannot be digested.
Eating roughage helps food to move through our digestive system easily. Examples of roughage are the tough parts of fruits and vegetables.
