Present Perfect Continuous
This verb tense is used when we are referring to an action that began in the past and
1is still occurring in the present or
2just ended but have a result that can be seen, heard or felt in the present.
It is formed by using the auxiliary verb has or have together with the linking verb been and the present participle (ing) form of the main verb.
Example;
He has been driving this car for 15 years.
Example;
They have been swimming for hours so they are very tired.
We have been eating at that restaurant for years; their food is good.
