This energy originates from vibrations that result after an object applies a force to another object. Example is clapping and beating.

This energy can travel from one point to another. This energy helps us hear. Some sources of this energy is thunder, radio, sound systems, speech, the wind, musical instruments and moving objects like cars, trains and motorbikes.
