Human resources are needed in every country. Some countries have enough human resources but do not efficiently use them.

The human resources can also be used efficiently when the right people are assigned to the right jobs. People must be placed in areas they have been trained to work. They can make good use of their skills when they are assigned to their right duties.
iii. Supervision and motivation.
Workers must be provided with the needed supervision in order to get good results. They must be supervised by superiors who have more experience in the work. These people will correct them when they go wrong and this will help them learn more. The workers must also be motivated with prizes, bonuses etc in order to push them to do more.
iv. Formulating effective policies for human resources utilization
Good and effective policies must be made for an efficient use of human resource in the country. The government must make policies that will help local businesses and entrepreneurs. The country must be favourable for business people in order for more people to invest into the local businesses.
v. Using appropriate technology
The use of appropriate technology will help the trained and skilled people to efficiently deliver their duties. They can not deliver well when they are not allowed to work with the right technologies.
