Basic Electronics

Many electronic devices work with transistors. They are used to build the circuit that controls the operation of the electronic devices.

Transistor is made up of semi-conductors. They are emitter (negative lead), base, collector (positive lead).

The emitter which is also the negative lead, emits free electrons into the base. The base also passes almost all the emitted electrons to the collector. The collector also takes the electrons from the base. There are two ways of making a transistor. They are NPN and PNP.
