It is an electrical device that connects appliances to main electricity by insertion into an electrical socket or power point.

It is usually made up of wires connected to pins with a fuse, all housed in an insulator case.

Usually, there are two or three pin plugs. Every electrical electronic appliance requires a plug to connect to a source of electricity.
