The root system consists of the root. A typical flower consists of four main parts. They are Calyx, Corolla, Stamens and Pistil.

Pollination is the transfer of pollen grains from the anther to the stigma of a flower. There are two type of pollination. They are self-pollination and cross pollination.

Some agents of pollination are: wind, insects, human beings etc.

Fertilization is the fusion of the male sex cell and the female sex cell to form a zygote.

There are two main types of fruits. They are: dry and fleshy fruits.
