We must understand that education is key to unlocking so many challenges in our system. Educating ourselves on human, political, legal, social rights etc. can help us understand and protect our human rights
The institutions of state must be empowered to work very hard and help fight right abusers e.g. Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU)
The judiciary should be strengthen to avoid corrupt practices which leads to bad attitudes towards protection of human rights and society as a whole
Poeple who abuse other's rights must be exposed and punished to serve as deterrent to others
The sustainability of our system and rights highly depends on the vibrant and professional nature of our media.
