Fluid Friction (Viscocity)

This is when friction occurs in a fluid. The frictional force that opposes motion in fluid. Viscous liquid is a liquid which does not flow easily and does not allow objects to move through it easily.

Less viscous liquids such as water flows more easily than viscous liquids such as glycerin. The more viscous a fluid, the greater the frictional force and therefore the higher the viscosity.
