Haermorrhoids

This is when the pressure on the veins of the rectum and anus swell and this swollen part sticks out of the anus.

This results in bleeding due to the breaking of the enlarged veins.

CAUSES

Frequent constipation

SYMPTOMS

i. Profuse bleeding during defecation

ii. Pains in the rectum

TREATMENT

I. Drinking plenty of water

II. Eating foods rich in roughage such as fruits and vegetables

III. Using soft toilet papers to clean up after using the toilet.
