Mixtures
A mixture is a physical combination of two or more substances. Most often, sophisticated apparatus or equipment are not necessarily needed when mixtures are being prepared. This means that when the two substances are mixed together, they are still the same. That is, no new substances are formed. This method or process used to obtain mixtures is mostly simple.
This normally takes place in our everyday lives without the intervention of industrial methods. This implies that mixtures do not need a complex method to separate the individual substances involved. For some mixtures, the composition is uniform whilst for other mixtures the composition can easily be seen.
