Isaac Newton (1643-1727)

Isaac Newton was a famous Mathematician and Scientist who is famous for developing the theory of gravity.

It is believed that he got the theory of gravity by witnessing an apple drop from a tree he was seated under, the rest they say is history. Isaac Newton is held in high regards by other famous scientist for his work. Albert Einstein considers him “The smartest man who ever lived.”

Apart from the theory of gravity, Newton’s work also consists of; Calculus (a new type of mathematics used heavily in advanced engineering). Laws of Motion and the invention of the reflecting telescope are among his other work.
