This is the type of culture that takes away old parts of culture. Some cultures are changed or removed in order to bring some modernization into some of the cultural practices.

This can be done through education and training. There are some other ways that can also help change or improve some cultural practices. These are; the use of technology, good work ethics etc. The use of scientific methods, science helps us to adapt swiftly to change.
